Telemetry Unit

The 3rd floor Telemetry Unit's state-of-the-art telemetry system provides 24-hour patient monitoring for acute care patients. Telemetry patients receive specialized treatment and more intensive monitoring than general medical/surgical patients.

Patients released from Intensive Care are transferred to the Telemetry Unit, where the nursing staff is specially trained to interpret and respond to any change in a patient's condition. Nursing staff in the Telemetry Unit have ACLS (advanced cardiac life support) training.

Telemetry West has 24 monitored patient rooms. Telemetry East has 16 additional monitored patient rooms, with expansion capacity for 32 beds.
