Surgery Center patient registration Hunt Regional Medical Center's state-of-the-art Surgery Center houses surgery and outpatient services including:

 

 

 

A highly skilled, multi-disciplinary team of board certified physicians, registered nurses, and anesthesiologists staff the Surgery Center.

 

Specialists in gynecology, urology, orthopedics, plastic, vascular, thoracic, ENT, podiatry, and general surgery perform a wide range of both inpatient and outpatient procedures in the Center's five operating suites.

 

Hunt Regional Medical Center anesthesiologists have specialized training in the latest techniques for ambulatory and minor surgery, pediatric anesthesia, and post-operative pain management.

 

20 bed pre/post surgery area

The recovery area is immediately adjacent to the Surgery Center's operating suites. A 20-bed pre-/post-surgery area allows outpatients to report directly to the Center for surgery prep and to return there for post-operative rest and any necessary medication and instructions.

A waiting room, with a children's play room and coffee bar, is provided for patients' families and friends. The entire facility is designed for comfort and to alleviate the anxiety of our patients and their family members.
